How are charities selected?

We carefully vet all partner organizations to ensure they are legitimate, registered charities doing meaningful work. Our allocation system fairly distributes donations among eligible organizations.

Do you take a fee from donations?

No. 100% of your donation goes to the allocated charity. We cover all platform and payment processing costs.

Can I get a donation receipt?

Yes. You'll receive an email receipt after your donation is processed. This receipt can be used for tax purposes where applicable.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers (Stripe and GoCardless). We never store your full payment card details.

Can I choose which charity receives my donation?

In our current version, we automatically allocate donations to ensure fair distribution among our partner organizations. This helps support a diverse range of causes and ensures all partners benefit.
