Our Service

Sadaqa is a donation platform that connects donors with verified charitable organizations. We facilitate the donation process but do not directly provide charitable services ourselves.

Donations

When you make a donation through Sadaqa:

• All donations are final and non-refundable (except as required by law)
• 100% of your donation goes to the allocated charitable organization
• We allocate donations fairly among eligible organizations
• You may receive a donation receipt via email

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (Stripe or GoCardless). By making a donation, you also agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Charitable Organizations

We carefully vet all partner organizations, but we are not responsible for how organizations use donated funds. Each organization operates independently and is responsible for its own charitable activities.

User Responsibilities

When using Sadaqa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Respect our intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

Sadaqa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Sadaqa after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
